Desperate for Some Light Gardening? Come and Join us in the Dior Garden

If you’re as (un)lucky as me and your only idea of outdoors right now includes poking your head outside your window and sneaking on what your neighbours are doing… Well look no further. To celebrate their latest collection drop, Dior have selected London-based photographer Chatlotte Hadden to photograph a selection from Maria Grazia Chiuri’s SS20 show, all paying homage to the beauty of the pastoral world. It’s their idea of a Dior Garden, a fantasy place where flowers are bright, and your regular line-up of gardeners include Jiali Zhao, Ruth Bell and Selena Forrest.

All dressed to the nines with nowhere to go but their back yard, the three models put on their Sunday best and get onto some light weed-pulling and flower-picking. In the absence of your usual tools, Dior’s gardeners use this season’s hottest accessories. Oversized sunnies, floral trainers and a powerful arsenal of bags – 30 Montaigne, Saddle as well as the new Catherine Tote – represent the essentials you won’t find in your local nursery. So slap on your best lewk and don’t get scared to get down and dirty – even if it’s just watering your bedroom succulent.
