Maison Valentino and Terraforma present L’Atelier Sonore

Maison Valentino unveils L’Atelier Sonore, a luxurious sonic sanctuary housed within its Madison Avenue boutique, created in collaboration with Italian cultural collective Terraforma. Swathed in velvet, polished woods and sweeping cream curtains, the space channels an elevated sensibility: intimate, immersive and meticulously composed. It mirrors creative director Alessandro Michele’s poetic vision for the maison, set against ambient soundscapes crafted by designer Giorgio Di Salvo.

To mark its debut yesterday, a 10-hour vinyl programme features a curated line-up of musicians, sound artists and DJs – among them Laraaji, Laurel Halo, Veronica Vasicka, Lizzi Bougatsos and Lea Bertucci. From today, the atelier will welcome guests daily for contemplative listening sessions, with rotating vinyl selections and occasional live sets from Valentino’s extended creative collective. Alighieri x J.Crew Cast a Gilded Spell for Summer

Alighieri is linking up with J.Crew for a limited-edition jewellery capsule that captures the spirit of summer through a maritime lens. Anchored in J.Crew’s coastal heritage and Alighieri’s gilded storytelling, the collection blends talismanic metals with sun-bleached ease – think nautical cords, fish motif pendants and medallions cast in 24 karat gold-plated bronze, all handcrafted in London’s Hatton Garden. Meanwhile, a crisp white linen shirt marks Alighieri’s ready-to-wear debut, subtly elevated with signature molten gold buttons. Equally evocative and elemental each piece feels like treasure found along the shore – heirlooms of a summer well lived and designed to endure beyond the summer months. Shop here. TP
